Currently, we offer pre-packaged TOP CandleSand packs in black and white options. We are always looking to improve our products and may consider offering customisation colour options in the future.
5. What is TOP CandleSand, and how does it work?
TOP CandleSand is a unique, eco-friendly alternative to traditional candles. Made from 100% plant wax, in the form of tiny little wax beads that look like sand! it's reusable and comes with wicks that you place directly into the unmelted wax to create a custom-sized candle. Simply light the wick, and enjoy the beautiful glow. When the wick burns out, just add more sand to continue using it!
6. What do I do with the left over hardend wax?
Thats an east answer, you will see that we say it lasts longer, simply remove the wick, put the hardend wax in a bag and break it down, pour it back in your bowl, mis it in and relight! No waste.
7. Are the concrete vessels safe for everyday use?
Yes, our concrete vessels are made from eco-resin, a non-toxic material that is safe for everyday use. They are waterproofed and sealed to ensure durability and versatility, whether you use them for TOP CandleSand or as decorative pieces.
8. How long does it take to receive my order?
Each of our eco resin items is handmade to order. We typically dispatch eco resin orders within 7-10 days. TOP CandleSand will be 3-5 days. Shipping times will vary depending on your location, but we aim to get your products to you as quickly as possible.
9. Do you ship outside of Australia?
No, we currently only ship Australia wide.
We also offer local pick-up options in Palmview for those who prefer to collect their orders directly from us.
