All of our products are handmade to order. Once your order is placed, please allow 7-10 business days for us to craft and prepare your items for shipping. During busy periods, processing times may vary, but we will always keep you informed if there are any delays.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on your location and the weight of your order. You will be provided with shipping costs at checkout before completing your purchase. We ship Australia & worldwide and offer local pick-up options for customers in the Palmview area. Orders outside of Australia may incur longer shipping times based on local carriers.

Shipping Times
Once dispatched, orders typically take 7-9 business days to arrive, depending on your location. Remote or rural or international areas may experience longer shipping times. Please note that delivery times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, such as carrier delays or weather conditions.

Local Pick-Up
We offer a local pick-up option for customers near Palmview, Queensland. If you select this option at checkout, we will contact you when your order is ready for collection, usually within 7-10 business days.

Damaged or Lost Items
